  6. Hey there, have you considered "MUSCleader (search on Google)? There you can watch a nice free video explaining the best way to start building notable muscle fast whilst reducing body fat as well. James or many other guys like him had good success using this methodology. I hope it helps you too.

  7. Hi, have you tried MuscLeader (search on Google)? On their website you will find a smart free video explaining how to gain notable muscle fast while reducing excess fat at the same time. Fabian & many guys like him enjoyed positive results by using this approach. Hopefully it will help you too.

  16. I find peanut butter recipes always have high caloric content. What you made looks great but probably one of those cubes you showed is 200 cals…

  24. this recipe is similar with what i saw an old granny used to make in a very remote area in asia except that u added peanut butter(and they dnt know what p.butter is)but they add fresh cane juice and honey which are all organic since they get it from the mountain..funny how you can experiment on recipes.and oh!that yummy tho!thankz.

  25. Lol..I made it but then I realized the oven baking pan thing that was the right size was dirty…so i just put the warm mixture in a bowl and ate it with a spoon… XDDDDDDDDD

  28. I just made these! I used cheerios because that's the only cereal I found in my house. I'm waiting for them to cool now but I already tasted them and they are delicious!!

  32. I poured the PB2 into a measuring cup. Then I poured it from the measuring cup into a bowl and I SLOWLY added tiny amounts of water and then mixed it until it was a peanut butter texture. Then after that I added it to the frying pan.
