  25. I LOVE this format for your workout videos. I like seeing the preview of what we are doing next as well as the time clock, workout left to go meter, and calorie burning. You guys should do this for all of your videos! I also liked the fact that she was narrating the video while doing it instead of a voice over.

  27. I have a question… I really want to get my thighs and butt in shape – I have thick legs, it doesn´t bother me that they are thick but I want to get them stronger and hard. How often should I include a leg/butt routine during a week?

  33. I remember when I did this workout for the first time 1 year ago, and was *hard*, I couldn't keep up with her and took tons of breaks.
    Between following this channel, fit apps and other channels, I'm back because here is the best one, and today I don't struggled even a bit, I was able to continue the squat pulses without stopping, and I'm so happy!
