What to Eat on a 1,500 Calorie Diet



Following a 1,500-calorie diet works for most people if you’re trying to lose weight. Here’s a 1,500-calorie diet plan: for breakfast, eat 300 to 350 calories; for lunch, 325 to 400 calories; for dinner, around 500 calories.   2. i think our hypersensitivity to some foods comes not from these foods alone but all the other chemicals surrounding us constantly, which eff up our immune system. hundred years ago ppl where not so pandemically hyperallergenic to food because the living environment was clean. i think ppl who think they are allergic to this and that food also should consider what they wear, what cosmetics they use etc. everything in general makes ppl so weak, not the food alone

  8. Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search engine), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried using Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard several great things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    I don't understand- I've been eating 1500 calories or less per day and eat even cleaner than this and exercising & still my weight won't budge. I need to lose 25 to 30 pounds to get to my correct BMI.

  26. 1500 would barely cover most peoples bmr,,,,and is nowhere near enough for an active person,,,sedentary yes but not active

  29. How the a FUCK are you a nutritionist?? You are recommending a starvation diet plan. NO ONE can function on 1500 calorie diet. An adult woman needs 2,500-3,000 calories a day. You will damage your metabolism because you are starving your brain and body of vital glucose. GO VEGAN and CARB THE FUCK UP.

  32. AT dinner, I would skip those mixed vegetables and substitute with Broccoli, green beans or cauliflower or a salad. There are healthier vegetables and lower carbs than the vegies shown for dinner and you can eat a lot more of them for dinner. I would move the almonds to a snack and substitute and could have some low calorie Greek yogurt with some fresh fruit or small baked potato. I am on a 1200 cal. a diet of healthier eating.  I do like your variations you do in your meals. NIce variety!!

  33. That looks so sparse! I follow the rule of eating clean whole foods and eating until I feel nicely full. This was of eating is a lifesaver.

  34. Milk is NOT healthy, nor is it a weight-loss food. Do your research.

  35. I only get max. 500 cals a day. Somedays 65 cals or 95 cals.
